As Chief Learning Strategist at Your Chief Learning Officer (Your CLO), she partners with companies to modernize learning operations, optimize technology ecosystems, and implement scalable processes that drive measurable business impact. Her expertise spans learning technology strategy, process automation, and ecosystem governance, enabling organizations to enhance efficiency without increasing headcount. In addition to Tracie’s work with Your CLO, she is the Director of Learning Technology with the retail health company The Aspen Group leading a multi-year modernization journey to reimagine learning at The Aspen Group.
